La Seguridad Social pagará la extra a los pensionistas con un préstamo de 6.000 millones

Las cotizaciones siguen sin aportar lo suficiente a las arcas de la Seguridad Social para pagar las pensiones, especialmente cuando llega el momento de pagar la extraordinarias de verano y Navidad.
Este año ha vuelto a ser necesario recurrir a 9.500 millones para afrontar este esfuerzo para la extra veraniega.
De ese dinero, 3.514 millones saldrán del Fondo de Reserva, la llamada hucha de las pensiones, y 5.986 millones del crédito habilitado en los Presupuestos de este año.
Esos casi 6.000 millones suponen casi el 60% de esa línea de crédito abierta por Hacienda, que asciende a 10.192 millones.
La suma total de 9.500 millones de euros utilizados para pagar la extra de verano es ligeramente inferior a la cantidad que se utilizó el año pasado en verano y afrontar las obligaciones de Hacienda.
La utilización de la línea de crédito confirma que el Gobierno ha optado por no agotar el fondo de reserva, que llegó a tener 67.000 millones de euros y ahora queda en 11.602 millones, según el Ministerio, poco más del equivalente a un 1% del PIB.
